Frequently asked questions
When does the next cohort start?
On October 7th.
How much time do I need per week?
On call weeks, about 3 – 4 hours: the live call (60 – 90 minutes), the assignment (60 – 90 minutes) and time in Slack. On off weeks, you’re implementing what we covered and staying active in the community. This is designed to work alongside a full-time schedule.
What if I miss a live call?
Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You can post questions in Slack, I have a weekly FAQ and a weekly accountability. For the VIP option: you get direct access to me on Slack + 3 1:1 coaching with me.
I’m already in the Lounge – how is this different?
The Lounge is where the conversation starts. Business foundations is where we go deep: personalised coaching, a structured curriculum, real accountability, and a clear path from where you are to a paying business in 4 months. Think of it as going from the conversation to the commitment.
I’ve already invested in other programs that didn’t work. How is this different?
Many programs give you generic strategies that aren’t tailored to you. Business foundations is hands-on: small group, personalised coaching, my eyes on your work and accountability that actually keeps you moving.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Both tiers offer a 6-month payment plan.
Do you guarantee results?
I can’t guarantee specific results, no ethical coach can. Success depends on many factors: your effort, your implementation, and the challenges that may come up along the way. Growth isn’t linear, and every entrepreneur’s journey looks different. What I can guarantee is that I will give you the tools, strategies, mindset shifts, and support needed to create real change. We’ll set a clear plan, check in regularly, and adjust as needed. If you show up, take action, and trust the process, you will see progress, on your own terms and timeline.
How long will it take to see results?
That depends on where you’re starting from and how much action you take. Some clients see a shift in their business and mindset within weeks, while others need a few months to fully implement changes.
What’s the difference between group coaching and
1:1 business coaching?
Business Foundations is group coaching for service providers building toward €3-5K months – you’ll create your signature high-ticket offer, build content that converts, and learn to sell without it feeling pushy, alongside a small group of 5-6 women.
1:1 coaching is one-to-one business coaching for service providers who are already in demand and ready to scale to €8-10K+ months – doubling down on what’s working in your funnel, getting your time back, and tracking the right metrics to know what to focus on and when to hire. It’s a six-month, fully personalised container.
In short: Business Foundations builds the offer, the content and the sales skills. 1:1 coaching scales what’s already working. You’ll find the full breakdown of each on its own page.
What if I’m brand new to business?
Business Foundations is designed for service providers with some client experience already behind them, not people starting completely from scratch.
Do I need to already be making good money to join?
No. Business Foundations is built for service providers who are undercharging for what they do, and it’s exactly where you build toward consistent income.
Do I need to be location-independent or want to travel to join?
No. Location independence is part of my own story and something many clients want to build toward, but it’s not a requirement to join.
Is there a free way to get a feel for how you work first?
No, coaching itself isn’t available as a free trial. The Lounge, my Slack community is a space for connection and coworking, not a preview of the coaching. If you want a lower-commitment way to work together first, book a diagnostic session or join a paid workshop.
What if it’s not the right fit once I’ve started?
You have 14 days after signing to withdraw, as required by French law.
Beyond that, the programme isn’t refundable if you choose to leave – any remaining instalments are still due and access ends on the date you leave.
The one exception is a major change in your situation (health, force majeure, or similar), in which case we can agree on an early end together, settled based on what’s already been delivered. Full terms are in the contract you’ll receive at enrolment.
